Unlike most websites, everything listed in Arcadegameflyers.com is for sale! This site is not designed to showcase our personal collection of pinball & arcade game flyers and memorabilia - this is an online store!
All of the items listed here are in near mint to mint condition unless otherwise described
Minimum order is $15. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All of the items listed are original. These are vintage sales flyers and related arcade game paperwork, not pages removed from trade magazines. We DO NOT sell reprints, photocopies, or reproductions. Reprints, photocopies, and reproductions of these items are not available from us

Sorry, but the prices listed are not negotiable. Our prices are based on several factors, including our inventory, the desirability of the item, and the condition of the item.
Some flyers have the original factory creases visible; many flyers also have preprinted distributor addresses. These flyers are not specially noted in the listings. However, flyers with hand-stamped distributor information, writing, folds, or other blemishes are noted in the item description
PAYMENT INFORMATION: For U.S. customers, we accept checks, money orders, cash, and Western Union money transfers
For Canadian customers, we accept cash in U.S. currency, money orders (Canadian postal money orders in U.S. dollars are preferred), and Western Union money transfers. Sorry, no checks are accepted, even if the check is written in U.S. funds.
For all customers outside the U.S. and Canada, we accept cash in U.S. currency, Western Union money transfers, and international money orders in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service in a cardboard mailing box unless otherwise noted. We have shipped over 8,000 of these packages and not one item has arrived damaged
All orders outside the U.S. are shipped in a manilla mailing envelope with 3-4 pieces of protective cardboard. All flyers are shipped in plastic sleeves to protect them in transit. However, we cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged by the postal service.
Delivery confirmation within the United States is included in the shipping cost.
Insurance is also included free on all orders over $50
Insurance is not available on orders under $50
or on packages leaving the United States
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your order from the time you send payment
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has been shipped. Please do not contact us to ask if we have received your payment before that time.
Unless otherwise noted, all of the text on the flyers is in English
Most photos have a white flash reflection in the center -- this is our way of "watermarking" the photos. Sorry, but additional photos of these items are not available.
No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds for any reason!
All sales are final
This policy is necessary because several people have purchased flyers, scanned or copied them, and subsequently requested a refund or exchange for their original purchase.
Other customers have tried to pull "the old switcheroo" by requesting a "refund" for a flyer in poor condition that they purchased elsewhere
We reserve the right to reject any order from any customer at our discretion
All transactions (except backglasses & playfields - see below) are conducted on a mail-order only basis. Purchases are not available for in-person pickup
Because of their size and bulk, backglasses & playfields can either be shipped or picked up in person in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
UPS shipping is included in the price of each backglass & playfield; however, if a backglass is picked up in person, $75 can be deducted from the listed price of the backglass, and if a playfield is picked up in person, $100 can be deducted from the listed price of the playfield
