Used; instruction card has surface dirt and light stains visible on both sides of the card (more on one side than the other); card is slightly wrinkled.  Score card has lots of surface dirt and smudges on one side (the "5 BALLS PER GAME side); other side of the card (the "3 BALLS PER GAME side) is clean
